HOW DOES CBD WORK?

CBD interacts with your Endocannabinoid System (ECS) – various receptors found throughout the body. These receptors are involved with a wide range of physiological processes including appetite, pain, memory, mood, stress, sleep, and immune function.

There are two main endocannabinoid receptors:

CB1 receptors, which are mostly found in the central nervous system
CB2 receptors, which are mostly found in your peripheral nervous system, especially immune cells
